Important terms for all research use and group buy product purchases.

Purpose of RUO Classification
- Certain products are designated Research Use Only (RUO).
- These are made available for lawful research, laboratory, or educational purposes only.
- RUO items are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, injection, or application.
- We do not sell, distribute, or advertise pharmaceuticals or controlled substances.
Purchaser Acknowledgment
- You are a researcher, lab representative, or qualified individual acting in a lawful research capacity.
- You understand RUO materials are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
- You will not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent RUO items obtained through Sam’s Supplies.
- You will handle and use all materials in accordance with all laws.
- Sam’s Supplies is not liable for misuse or any consequence resulting from improper handling.
Restricted Access & Verification
- Access to the Research section may require account registration and staff approval.
- Agreement to these terms and verification via Discord or community accounts may be required.
- Users not meeting access criteria will be restricted from viewing/purchasing RUO products.
Group Buys & Research Coordination
- Group buys are not standard retail. Participation means joining a coordinated effort.
- Timelines or results may vary; refunds are only issued for verified systemic issues.
- RUO disclaimers apply to all materials, regardless of form or vendor.
Disclaimer of Liability
- All RUO materials are provided as-is, with no warranties, express or implied.
- By purchasing/participating, you release Sam’s Supplies and its affiliates from any liability associated with RUO materials.
Recordkeeping & Compliance
- Order history for RUO items may be logged for internal compliance and accountability.
- All communications and verification data are stored securely and never sold to third parties.
- Misuse of RUO products or breach of confidentiality may result in account termination and access revocation.
Jurisdiction & Enforcement
- This RUO policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
