By accessing or purchasing from Sam’s Supplies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review our Shipping, Refund, Cancellation, and Privacy policies before placing an order.
Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Shipping: Most orders ship within 3–7 business days; custom or group buy items may take longer. Rates are shown at checkout; tracking is provided.
- Returns & Refunds: Surplus/stock items may be returned for defects within 7 days (25% restocking fee applies). Custom and research-use items are final sale; no returns or refunds once production begins.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled after design approval incur a 50% design fee and any material costs. Non-custom orders may be cancelled before shipment.
- Damages: Report transit damages within 72 hours with photos for resolution.
Privacy Policy
- Information Collection: We collect personal, payment, and technical data to process your orders and improve our services.
- Data Use & Protection: Data is used to fulfill orders, communicate, and comply with regulations. We do not sell or trade your info. SSL encryption is used for security.
- Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@sams-supplies.cc.
Research Use Disclaimer
- Certain products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and not for clinical, human, or animal use.
- By purchasing RUO items, you confirm you are qualified and will comply with all applicable laws.
- Group buys are coordinated efforts, not standard retail; refunds are only issued for systemic issues.
